A key responsibility for Senior Consultants is to maintain high personal billability. Your role as a Senior Consultant involves: Consulting Execution: - Serve as an ambassador for Wipro's core values and secure positive feedback from multiple clients - Coordinate teams of consultants as a Consulting Project Manager to ensure the quality of deliverables - Demonstrate flexibility in approach and effectively coordinate resources with expertise in various areas - Maintain a decisive and directive delivery focus with a proactive attitude, showcasing both hard and soft skills - Coach, mentor, and motivate team and client staff, fostering trust and confidence through a focus on quality and timely delivery - Engage effectively with clients, extract relevant information, and enhance facilitation and communication skills - Ensure project administration tasks are up to date, such as Statements of Work (SoW) and tagging Business Development: - Achieve high levels of individual utilization in alignment with set goals - Consistently secure personal extensions with clients - Establish and nurture a network of relationships with clients, providing intelligence and insights to address business challenges - Lead smaller-scale meetings with sales teams and contribute to proposal development at a high standard - Conduct market research activities in the selected area of work - Play a significant role in identifying opportunities, presenting potential pursuits to the practice leadership team, and proactively supporting pursuits Thought Leadership: - Develop insights into the chosen industry and technology trends and share them within the wider practice or Global Consulting Group (GCG) - Contribute to team thought leadership and document a track record of assignments for potential case studies - Contribute to Practice/Wipro by delivering administrative tasks in a timely manner, suggesting ways to enhance engagements through available tools and assets, and promoting knowledge sharing - Engage with consulting and delivery teams to foster collaboration and growth, propose new service offerings, and provide training and demos as necessary Deliver: - Work towards achieving strategic objectives by supporting consulting revenues, enhancing consulting quality, generating impact for Wipro, and contributing to market positioning - Provide consulting leadership to accounts, focus on talent growth, and build a strong consulting community - Mandatory Skill: Consumer Goods Value Chain Optimization - Experience: 5-8 Years Join Wipro to be a part of a dynamic environment that encourages reinvention and constant evolution.
