Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Experience:
  
• 8-10 years of overall experience in software development, with a minimum of 5 years in a dedicated Project Management or Agile Project Management role.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent software projects (ideally 2+), with teams of 8-10 associates per project.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
• Experience managing projects that involve both front-end (web/mobile) and back-end development.
• Technical Acumen:
  
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture principles (e.g., microservices, APIs, cloud-native applications).
• Hands-on experience in at least two back-end languages (Python, C#, Java, Go) and at least one front-end framework (Angular, Vue, or Flutter).
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps principles.
• Project Management Skills:
  
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira/Zoho).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, especially in a multi-project context.
• Strong risk management and mitigation capabilities across a portfolio of projects.
• Leadership & Communication:
  
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities, with experience leading teams of 8-10 individuals.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience managing direct reports and fostering team growth.
