Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Engage in referral marketing to expand the customer base and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct field sales activities, including client meetings and presentations.
- Utilize strong business communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Build and nurture customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of referral marketing and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to work on-site during day shifts.
