    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Mumbai City. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for business development and a strong background in the construction and building materials industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and fostering relationships with clients in sectors involving fittings, pipes, metals, steel, cement, stainless steel, and other building materials.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and building materials sector.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
    • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company and its offerings.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    • Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience in business development, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
    • Skills: Strong knowledge of fittings, pipes, metals, steel, cement, stainless steel, and other building materials.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess market trends and client needs.
    • Self-Motivated: A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
    • Education: A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

    This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of 6,00,000. The work schedule is during the day, and the role requires on-site presence in Mumbai City. We have 3 positions open for this role, and we are looking for candidates who are ready to take on the challenge and contribute to our success.
