Job Description
We're Hiring: Sourcing Associate
Are you a proactive talent sourcer who thrives on finding the right people for the right roles? Were looking for a Sourcing Associate to help us build pipelines of high-quality candidates across tech domains like Data Engineering, DevOps, and Cloud.
In this role, youll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and maintaining relationships with freelance and contract-based professionals, helping us stay ahead in project-based hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, internal databases, and referrals
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies based on project goals
- Manage the full sourcing lifecycle: outreach screening recruiter handoff
- Engage with candidates to understand skillsets, project preferences, and availability
- Build and maintain robust pipelines for both active and future hiring needs
- Ensure accurate candidate data management in ATS tools
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers
- Track sourcing performance metrics and optimize channel effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and sourcing best practices
What Were Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing, recruitment research, or TA coordination
- Strong command of sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, Boolean search)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with tech roles and terminology (data, cloud, infrastructure, etc.)
- Bonus: Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing
