Recruitment Team Leadership:

Implement best-in-class recruitment methodologies, including AI-driven sourcing tools, assessment techniques, and talent analytics.
Candidate Experience & Hiring Process Optimization:
Over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition leadership roles, preferably within tech companies or consulting environments focused on AI, data science, or related fields.

Deep expertise in talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and recruitment technologies, particularly for AI and data-driven roles.
