We are currently seeking applications for the role of Principal Consultant specializing in Oracle Cloud Finance Functional. As a Principal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in various stages of the project lifecycle, encompassing requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, Solution Design, Build, CR,P, SIT, UAT, Cutover/Go-Live, and post-production support for the aforementioned applications. **Responsibilities** - Possess experience in SCM and Finance modules, with knowledge of Procurement considered an additional advantage. - Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, preferably in a Global Finance setting. - Assess customer requirements concerning financial processes and translate them into Oracle Cloud. - Analyze existing processes and develop optimized future-state processes. - Conduct Design Validation and pinpoint areas for enhancement. - Recommend standard methodologies to enhance business processes. - Develop Training Material, SOPs, etc., for Oracle Cloud processes ranging from L3 to L5 levels. - Create Test Scripts, execute Testing for Oracle Cloud functionality and configuration. - Provide Oracle Cloud training to end-users. **Minimum Qualifications/skills** - Ideal candidates should possess qualifications such as CA, MBA, coupled with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Finance & Accounting. **Preferred Qualifications/Skills** - Extensive proficiency in Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud within Finance modules is critical. - Exhibit professional and precise interpersonal skills. - Prior experience in Oracle Implementation and Support is mandatory. - Profound knowledge of Accounting principles and Business Process Flows. - Demonstrate the ability to deliver results within tight deadlines. - Strong communication and customer-facing capabilities. - Willingness to work flexibly on a 24*7 basis. This role is designated as Principal Consultant and is based in India-Chennai. It is a full-time position requiring a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
