We are currently seeking an Area Sales Professional to join our Core lab business vertical Sales team. In this role, you will work with a passionate team to deliver assigned profit targets, sales targets, and customer loyalty. You will collaborate across all business verticals, work cross-functionally in a matrix organization, and contribute innovative ideas towards product, processes, and productivity improvements. Key expectations of the role include: - Monitoring and achieving assigned sales target, profit, and customer loyalty - Securing cross-functional support from different business verticals and departments - Contributing to sales information and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews - Meeting assigned territory sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, and analyzing variances - Maintaining and expanding customer base - Building rapport with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities - Ensuring timely collection of receivables from sales operations - Providing information via CRM tool for forecasts and planning - Analyzing specific market conditions and building a sound market-related network of stakeholders - Preparing, coordinating, and negotiating proposals in cooperation with proposal management and other involved professionals and management Qualifications: - Engineering/Science graduate with 5-10 years of sales experience - MBA degree would be preferred If you are a results-oriented individual with a strategic orientation, a passion for sales, and a drive to succeed in a competitive environment, we invite you to apply for the Area Sales Professional position with Siemens Healthineers Lab Solutions team.
