Job Description

    As a Partner Solution Sales professional at Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C), you will play a crucial role in driving opportunities within Microsoft's core Solution Areas, such as AI Business Process, Cloud & AI Platform, or Security, specifically focusing on the SMB segment. Your main responsibility will be to lead a portfolio of high performing Cloud Solution Providers (CSP) partners from commitment to completion, following the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM) stages 2 and 3. This role requires operating at scale and collaborating closely with partners to achieve sales targets and drive growth and innovation through technology adoption. You will be tasked with developing and executing a Partner Solution Area Sales Plan with your assigned partners, utilizing co-sell strategies to achieve quarterly CSA (Cloud Solution Area) FRA targets across the SMB Business. By acting as a trusted advisor and business leader, you will drive commercial performance, revenue growth, and sustainable sales impact for customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving CSP revenue through your partner portfolio and structuring deals effectively to maximize outcomes. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development. Alternatively, equivalent experience will be considered. Preferred qualifications include a Doctorate with 8+ years of relevant experience, a Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience in similar roles. Your key responsibilities will include owning the Cloud Solution Area (CSA) pipeline, driving revenue forecasts, coaching partners on Microsoft solution area plays, and leveraging investments to accelerate deal progression and consumption. You will also be responsible for achieving revenue targets through co-selling with pinned partners, supporting partners in advancing key deals, and addressing competitive challenges to ensure successful outcomes.
