Job Description
- The position of HTML/CSS Development - Junior is integral to our organization as it plays a key role in creating and maintaining visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will contribute to the front-end development of our digital platforms, ensuring high-quality designs and seamless user experiences. As an HTML/CSS Development - Junior, your key responsibilities will include assisting in the development and implementation of front-end designs using HTML and CSS. You will ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Collaboration with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability will be essential. Participating in code reviews, providing feedback, staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and supporting the creation and maintenance of documentation are also part of your role. Working in a team environment to achieve project goals, debugging and troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with web designers to match visual design intent will be crucial aspects of your daily tasks. To excel in this position, you must have an understanding of HTML, CSS, and related web technologies, as well as knowledge of responsive design principles. The ability to translate UI/UX designs into code, familiarity with cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to address them, and a basic understanding of JavaScript and its interactions with HTML/CSS are necessary. Proficiency in code versioning tools like Git, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and teamwork skills are highly valued. Furthermore, possessing an Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is required. Experience with web design and development projects such as internships, freelance work, or personal projects is beneficial. Understanding SEO principles and ensuring that applications adhere to them, experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less), front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation), and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) are considered advantageous.
