Job Description

As a Figma Designer at NoBroker, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and high-converting landing pages and HTML emails. Your primary focus will be on designing user-centered experiences that drive results for our real estate and home services initiatives. In addition to expertise in Figma, knowledge of graphic design principles, and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator will be valuable assets for this role. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing visually appealing and responsive landing pages with a focus on conversion optimization, as well as creating effective responsive HTML email templates that align with marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. Staying up-to-date on the latest design trends, AI tools, and best practices for conversion will be essential for success in this role. Additionally, you may contribute to basic graphic design tasks such as creating web banners and other visual assets as needed. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 2 years of experience in Figma design, with a strong emphasis on landing pages. Experience in designing and developing effective responsive HTML emails, proficiency in HTML and CSS, and an understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles are also required. Awareness of AI tools that can enhance design creativity and automation, as well as basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, will be beneficial. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for effectively working with cross-functional teams.
