- The Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences (SUAS), Indore, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Professor specializing in Digital Media to become a part of our team. If you possess substantial industry or academic expertise in digital media, social media, digital tools, and technologies from a reputable organization, along with a keen interest in academia, we are eager to know more about you! Your primary responsibilities will include imparting digital media skills and techniques to students, equipping them to apply their knowledge in real-world industry scenarios. You will be tasked with teaching and guiding students in digital media, branding, and social media marketing. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing curriculum that aligns with industry standards and creating practical learning modules. Another crucial aspect of your role will involve supervising students in live projects, case studies, and digital campaigns. Furthermore, you will collaborate with industry partners to organize workshops, invite guest lecturers, and facilitate internships. To be considered for this position, you should hold a postgraduate degree in Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field. A PhD or UGC Net qualification is mandatory. It is essential that you have a demonstrable track record in the industry, particularly in areas such as digital marketing, social media management, branding, or content strategy. A sound understanding of current digital trends, tools, and platforms is also expected. While prior experience in teaching or training is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.
