Job Description

You are a skilled Oracle PeopleSoft Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PeopleSoft applications, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. Your expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and SQL will be crucial in this role. Your key responsibilities will include developing, customizing, and maintaining PeopleSoft applications. You will collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Designing and implementing PeopleSoft modules such as HCM, Financials, and SCM will also be part of your role. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to PeopleSoft applications, optimizing system performance, ensuring data integrity, creating and maintaining technical documentation, and staying updated with PeopleSoft upgrades and patches are essential tasks. To excel in this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development. Strong proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, and Application Engine is required. Experience with SQL, SQR, and Component Interfaces, knowledge of Integration Broker and Workflow, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with PeopleSoft HCM, Financials, or Campus Solutions, familiarity with cloud-based PeopleSoft implementations, and knowledge of Agile development methodologies. This opportunity requires 6 to 10 years of experience and is located in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, or Pune. The notice period for this position is immediate to 15 days.,
