Peoplesoft Developer @ Apvision Technologies

Job Description

You will be responsible for analyzing and designing PeopleSoft modules and functionalities to meet the business requirements. Your role will involve conducting testing and debugging of PeopleSoft applications for optimal performance. Additionally, you will be tasked with implementing new features and updates while ensuring the maintenance of existing functionalities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and offer solutions will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also provide support and training to end-users and stakeholders on PeopleSoft functionalities. Maintaining documentation for system processes, configurations, and changes will be crucial to the role. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You should have 5-6 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft applications, demonstrating proficiency in PeopleSoft Configuration and Development, SQL, and PeopleCode. Possessing relevant PeopleSoft certifications would be advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team are essential soft skills for this position.,
