Job Description
- We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining our next-generation websites and web tools, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and drive innovation. We need someone who excels in a collaborative environment and has the initiative to lead new projects and introduce groundbreaking solutions. Your core responsibilities as a Web Developer will include Content Management & Optimization, where you will meticulously revise, edit, proofread, and optimize web content to ensure accuracy and search engine visibility. You will also work on User Experience Enhancement by collaborating with product, design, and marketing teams to improve the overall user experience and user interface of our digital platforms. Taking ownership of various design and development tasks throughout the entire web development lifecycle is crucial. This involves front-end and potential back-end development, from initial concept and wireframing to deployment and ongoing maintenance. You will be expected to research, propose, and implement new web technologies and best practices to keep our platforms cutting-edge and efficient. Writing clean, well-documented, and efficient code is essential, as well as participating in code reviews to maintain high quality standards and ensure scalability. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and bugs across our web properties in a timely manner is also part of the role. To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in web development, with a strong emphasis on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is required. Demonstrated proficiency in at least one server-side technology, such as Java, PHP, Node.js, Python, or Ruby, is necessary. A solid understanding of modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is highly preferred. You should also have proven ability to build responsive and adaptive web experiences that perform well across various devices and screen sizes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills are qualities that will help you thrive in our fast-paced environment.,
