Assistant Manager - Azure Data Engineer @ Genpact

We are currently seeking applications for the position of Assistant Manager, Azure Data Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration and provision solutions for data analytics and reporting teams. Key responsibilities include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and other Azure services. - Monitoring and optimizing Azure data pipelines for high performance and reliability. - Orchestrating dataflow and developing real-time and batch data processing solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, or equivalent platforms. - Implementing data validation and cleansing procedures to ensure data quality and integrity. - Collaborating with various data teams to provide data for analytics and reporting purposes. - Automating data pipelines for scalability and monitoring ease using tools like Azure Logic Apps or Azure Automation. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications/Skills: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant experience in Azure cloud-based data engineering or similar roles. - Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Synapse Analytics. - Experience in ETL development, data orchestration, Python, SQL, and Spark for data engineering tasks. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline development using Azure DevOps or similar tools. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. - Certification in Microsoft Azure Data Engineer or Azure Solutions Architect.
