DevOps Engineer @ Tredence

Job Description

As a DevOps at our company, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery. You will collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to automate and streamline our operations and processes. Your tasks will include automating Github actions, integrating with Jenkins jobs, and managing Jenkins jobs required for automation using Python scripts. Additionally, you will manage and monitor cloud infrastructure on Azure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security. You will also play a key role in ensuring security best practices are followed and assist in the implementation of security measures. Troubleshooting and resolving issues in development, test, and production environments will be part of your daily routine. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to mentor and guide junior team members to help them grow in their roles. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and possess 5 to 7 years of experience in a DevOps role. Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Github is crucial, along with proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Groovy. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, is required. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is also essential. Your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities will be key to your success in this position. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, and the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. The notice period for this role is 0-15 days, indicating the urgency of the requirement.,
