Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Develop and oversee performance improvement metrics. Proficient in Manual Testing tools and Bug Tracking Tools. Coordinate software Deployment and delivery. **Candidate Profile:** Experience in Products based Testing. Understanding of C#, .Net, Java would be advantageous. Proficiency in Functional Testing, Sanity testing, Smoke Testing, Retesting, and Regression Testing.
