To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable. With 8 to 10 years of experience in project management, including product management, curriculum development, and sales, you should have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to travel domestically and internationally as required. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities will be beneficial in this role.
