As a Senior Software Engineer at NEC Software Solutions (India) Private Limited in Mumbai, you will join a dynamic team of 1300 employees working across multiple locations including Worli, Airoli, and Bangalore. With over 30 years of experience in providing end-to-end IT services globally, we cater to a wide range of industry sectors such as publishing, media, financial services, retail, healthcare, and technology. Your role as a Java Developer will require you to have a total of 5 years of experience, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot. You will be responsible for technically strong hands-on coding, contributing innovative ideas for team growth, and effective communication within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on coding and development project experience - Conducting detailed impact analysis and providing accurate estimates - Optimizing code for application performance - Working on Agile-based projects and ensuring quality deliverables - Independently handling User Stories and demonstrating good analysis skills - Communicating effectively with team members both in written and verbal forms - Meeting team commitments and own deliverables - Adhering to agreed standards and processes - Being a proactive team player and demonstrating composure in challenging situations If you are a proactive and technically proficient individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for software engineering, we welcome you to join our team in Mumbai.,
