Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a good background in Data Analytics & Data Engineering to lead and manage Digital Analytics or Data Activation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope, with a focus on driving data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end digital analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets,and manage resources effectively.
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of digital data to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to Stakeholders and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics and project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital analytics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
