Process Manager @ eClerx

We are looking for a skilled Process Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd., an IT Services & Consulting company. The ideal candidate will have 6-11 years of experience in process management and a strong background in managing processes.

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and maintain existing processes, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
• Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and make informed decisions.
• Implement change management strategies to ensure successful process changes.
• Provide training and support to team members on new processes and procedures.
