Key responsibilities include: - Facilitating communication between project and support teams by leveraging techno-functional knowledge. - Overseeing the entire process of new business implementation projects, from managing business requirements to integration, configuration, and deployment. - Assessing the feasibility of change requirements and offering optimal solutions within defined timelines. - Providing techno-functional support for new business implementations, including system building from scratch. - Supporting the solutioning team across architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation phases. - Understanding and implementing both functional and technical designs on ERP systems. - Customizing, extending, modifying, localizing, or integrating existing products through coding, testing, and production. - Implementing business processes and requirements on ERP technology to develop ERP solutions. - Writing code following developmental standards and determining the implementation methodology. - Offering product support and maintenance for specific ERP solutions, resolving queries and technical issues. - Developing and deploying automation tools to enhance process efficiency. - Acting as a liaison between technical and functional project requirements, providing solutions and advice as needed. - Assisting on-site managers with necessary details regarding changes and providing off-site support. Additionally, the role entails continuous skill enhancement and competency building through various activities such as clearing Wipro exams, obtaining internal certifications, attending training sessions, seminars, and contributing to knowledge sharing through publications. The performance parameters for this role include contribution to customer projects, automation efficiency, and skill upgradation metrics. Mandatory skills required for this position include expertise in AWS Cloud Operations with a minimum experience of 5-8 years.
