Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Senior Manager - Delivery with 8-14 years of experience to lead our team in Hyderabad, India.Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the delivery of projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.

Develop and implement effective project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Analyze project metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience working with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is preferred.

Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
