Roles and responsibilities :
Responsible for implementation, development and support activities for
- SAP ERP PS
- SAP CPM
- SAP EPPM
- CDMO Expertise
Elicit, define, analyze and document business requirements in detail.
Map business requirements to solutions; prepare configuration and functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.
Implement new functionalities and enhance existing ones by analyzing and articulating requirements.
Prepare and conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing and Regression Testing; coordinate User Acceptance Testing with end users.
Ensure alignment between solution design and solution delivery.
Deliver services with required quality, within schedule and budget.
Drive internal and vendor teams to meet SLAs, productivity and quality metrics.
Design and conduct training programs for Key Users; ensure full knowledge transfer.
Prepare training documentation and e-learning tools.
Ensure executional excellence and stay updated on industry best practices.
Participate in process assessments and address gaps in process mapping or functionality.
Recommend innovations across traditional and emerging solution channels.
Expected experience, skill sets and abilities :
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP PS module.
Proficient in integration of PS with FI, CO, MM, SD and PP modules.
Experience in end-to-end implementation, roll-out and/or support.
Excellent English communication along with presentation, moderation and business-partnering skills.
The ability to work within a highly distributed team environment, multi-task and prioritize tasks.
A performance-driven mindset, with strong work ethics and integrity.
Ideally, youll also have :
- Knowledge of SAP User License Management (USMM).
- Exposure to ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
- The ability to perform GRC risk analysis at user/role level and maintain roles in GRC as per audit requirements.
- The relevant SAP certification/s.
- Experience working in a multinational organization and/or a big consultancy.
- Working experience with European clients.
- Willingness to work partly or fully during European office hours (CET).
- Willingness to learn about new technologies when the need arises.
