Roles And Responsibilities


. Requirement Gathering

  • Collaborate with hiring managers or clients to understand:
  • Job title, key responsibilities
  • Must-have technical skills
  • Team structure, reporting line, and long-term expectations
  • Clarify details like budget, notice period preference, and location/work model (onsite/hybrid/remote).

2. Sourcing Candidates

  • Source profiles from:
  • Job portals (Naukri)
  • LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Internal database or referrals

3. Screening and Evaluation

  • Conduct initial technical and behavioral screening:
  • Validate experience, tech stack, and project relevance.
  • Check for long-term interest and job stability.

4. Candidate Assessment

  • Evaluate:
  • Logical reasoning and communication
  • Growth mindset and alignment with the companys vision
  • Ensure cultural fit for permanent positions.

5. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews with minimal delays.
  • Follow up with both candidate and interview panel for feedback.
  • Update candidate regularly to maintain engagement and avoid dropouts.

6. Offer Negotiation

  • Discuss compensation breakup (Fixed, Variable, Bonus).
  • Check for counteroffers, buyout support, joining timeline.
  • Ensure alignment with companys CTC structure and policies.

7. Post-Offer Follow-Up

  • Stay in regular touch until the candidate joins.
  • Handle dropouts, renegotiations, or candidate concerns.
  • Share updates with clients/hiring managers.

8. Onboarding Coordination

  • Coordinate joining formalities, document collection, and orientation.
  • Help ensure smooth onboarding for permanent employees.

9. Database and Tracker Management

  • Maintain accurate records of:
  • Shared profiles, interview status, offers, and joining details.
  • Candidate preferences and availability.

10. Employer Branding

  • Represent the company/client positively during interactions.
  • Promote long-term opportunities, stability, and growth.
