Job Description

The Business Development Manager will drive IT-related business growth through online bidding platforms. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, creating winning proposals, and nurturing client relationships to meet revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include searching, identifying, and qualifying potential IT projects on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer. You will need to maintain a strong online presence to attract clients and craft tailored proposals that effectively showcase the company's IT services. Collaboration with technical teams to gather project requirements and negotiate project terms with clients will be essential. You will build and manage a pipeline of IT projects, focusing on establishing positive client relationships and understanding their industries and pain points. Collaboration with the marketing team to develop online content and monitoring bidding trends to adjust strategies will also be part of your role. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field - Freshers in online bidding and business development in the IT sector - Proficiency in using online bidding platforms like Upwork and Freelancer - Excellent written communication and negotiation skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently - Understanding of IT services, technologies, and trends - Results-oriented with a track record of securing online projects - Adaptability to changing platform algorithms and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and in-person work location.,
