Job Description
- You will be the strategic and results-driven Head of Operations responsible for overseeing daily business functions and ensuring smooth execution of projects across all departments. Your strong management abilities will be crucial in coordinating between teams, enforcing efficient processes, and ensuring timely and quality project delivery. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing and managing day-to-day operational activities across departments, ensuring all project teams follow defined workflows and complete tasks within deadlines, developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with company goals, monitoring performance metrics to optimize resource allocation, collaborating with department heads to streamline internal processes, and maintaining high standards in project execution, client communication, and delivery quality. Additionally, you will conduct regular review meetings, identify gaps in team performance, and foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and performance excellence. You will report directly to the CEO/Managing Director on key operational KPIs and updates. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in operations management, preferably in the IT or digital industry, strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills, excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities, the capacity to multitask and manage time-sensitive operations effectively, familiarity with agile methodologies and project tracking techniques, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). This is a full-time position with a work schedule from Monday to Friday. The ability to commute or relocate to Kozhikode, Kerala is preferred for in-person work.
