- Job Description: You are invited to join our team as a skilled and passionate Senior Java Developer with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Your expertise should include hands-on proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and familiarity with modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular. Ideally, you will have a background in developing enterprise-scale web applications, particularly within the healthcare domain, with a specialization in event-driven and microservices architecture. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. You will play a crucial role in implementing RESTful web services and event-driven solutions utilizing technologies such as Kafka. Additionally, your tasks will involve crafting interactive front-end components using ReactJS or AngularJS. Collaboration with product managers and business analysts to comprehend business requirements and translate them into technical designs will be a key aspect of your role. Ensuring high-performance, scalable, and secure code through effective troubleshooting and debugging techniques will also be part of your daily tasks. Moreover, your contribution to DevOps and CI/CD processes for seamless application deployment will be highly valued. Effective communication of technical concepts with cross-functional teams will be essential in this role. Must-Have Skills: - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java web application development. - Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture. - Proficiency in implementing RESTful Web Services and utilizing Kafka. - Experience with ReactJS or AngularJS. - Familiarity with MSSQL or other relational databases. - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Good-to-Have Skills: - Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra. - Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Exposure to the healthcare domain and related compliance standards. - Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes. - Previous experience working in Agile environments.
