Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and grow business.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for target achievement, team motivation, and coaching.
  • Handle teams with strong leadership skills, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Plan and execute sales activities to meet targets, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building.
  • Monitor team progress regularly to identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in BFSI industry or related field (preferably).
  • MBA/PGDM degree from any specialization (essential).
  • Strong skills in Sales Team Management, Target Achievement, Team Handling, Team Coaching, Target Planning.
