Experience: 2-4 years

Salary: Upto 30000-40000 (Take Home)

Communication: Good in English

Qualification: UG(10+2)/Any Graduate(10+2+3)

Work Location: GEM plaza, Infantry Road,

Notice Period: Immediate

Responsibilities and Duties

Job Responsibilities: -

• Screening candidates sourced through job portals.
• Should be familiar with all job portals (Naukri, Monster, Times jobs, Fresher world etc)
• Should understand the requirements assigned.
• Web searches and Job postings for requirements.
• Initial screening and profile matching with reference to Educational Qualification, Total Experience, Relevant Skill sets, Communication skills, Team Compatibility & Attitude.
• Sourcing & Short-listing the candidates as per client's requirements through Portals, referencing, Database generation, social networking sites, and web postings.
• Scheduling interviews for candidates.
• Regular follow up with clients, candidates & team
• Updating Tracker Sheet of candidates.
• Responsible for recruitment of all positions, skills and levels onsite and offshore.
