Candidate will have to answer inbound/outbound calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints. Along with Hindi it would be preferred if candidate would know any South Indian language as well.

Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications. Generate sales leads Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation. Take the extra mile to engage customers.Experience
6 months to 2 yrs of experience as Inside Sales Executive mandatory- Along with Hindi it would be preferred if candidate would know any South Indian language as well

- Excellent Hindi skills - Ability to Speak
