Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage, drive and monitor talent acquisition across the State as per the hiring guidelines.
• Manage end to end recruitment cycle for the candidate till closure to ensure outstanding candidate experience
• Create awareness and educate stakeholders on policies, process & programs to support talent acquisition
• Identify and recruit right talent through internal or external sources adhering to the budget and the hiring guidelines to ensure timely closure of the gap for the position
• Build talent pool (internal / external) for all the critical roles . Candidate bench marking of the top performers in competitor organization.
• Ensure completion of preboarding documentation of all the offered candidate to ensure smooth onboarding of new employee.
• Build candidate database for future requirements
• Collate and analyse the hiring MIS and provide updates to the Talent acquisition manager

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in Human Resources.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Thorough understanding of sourcing strategies.
• Experienced in managing bulk hiring.
• Expert in managing stakeholder expectation.
