Position Overview: Role: Operations Manager Location: Indore, Work from Office Shift Timings: Night Shift (6:00 pm to 3:30 am IST, Daylight saving 7:00 pm to 4:30 am IST) Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days) Key Responsibilities: Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans. Develop and generate reports on a daily or fortnightly basis, providing insights to senior management. Provide leadership and guidance to the operations teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and identify opportunities for development and training. Requirements: Overall 10+ years and specific 8 years of experience is required in Operations. Strong understanding of operations, including performance management, compensation, and reporting. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
