1       Exciting Opportunity for Non-Technical Graduate Freshers  in a leading MNC @Mumbai-Airoli location

Job Description:
    • Utilize analytics, technology, domain, and healthcare industry expertise to enhance operational efficiency for healthcare clients.
    • Deliver operational improvements for members.
Job Role:
  • To provide e-mail chat support to the client of the company.
  • Handling customers backend data and maintaining reports
  • Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
  • Handling customer complaints and accordingly forwarding them over to a supervisor.


Requirements
. Minimum Qualification : BA, BBA, BCOM, BBI, BAF, BMS (BSC IT NOT CONSIDER)
  • .Diploma and Technical(BE, BTECH), BSC, BCA graduates please do not apply.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  •  Basic or good knowledge of MS Office(excel,word and power point)
  •  Comfortable with night shifts (US shift timings)
  •  Should have all mark sheets until last semester of graduation without any backlog / arrears, Aadhar card, pan card. 
Note:
  • Candidate Should be residing within 30 km from Airoli.
  • Shift Timing - 5:30 pm to 3:00 am
  • Education: BA & B.com are priority but we can look for BBA, BMS, BBI, BMM as well.
