Manager- Client and Portfolio Reporting
Role Description This role is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated and self-starter individuals to join a high caliber team in shaping and scaling the financial operations business. This is an opportunity to work with well-known US financial advisor and leading portfolio managers.
Role and responsibilities:
Manage a team of professionals responsible for preparing client reports based on defined frequency (monthly, quarterly etc.) by sourcing the reporting information from various applications and/ or teams to distribute accurate client reports within prescribed deadlines.
Accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g., performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions) as well as support mechanism for achievement including SMART goal setting.
Identify and implement corrective action plans across teams while analyzing and assessing business risk.
Serve as primary point of escalation for internal/external staff queries, and develop/manage process, productivity, and quality standards.
Build strong client relationships through good understanding of business needs and opportunity areas.
Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate and complete process documentation Design and track process KPIs basis end business objectives and ensure seamless reporting to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
10 -15 years of operational experience in financial services Industry.
Hands on experience in Public/ Private Equity, Capital Markets, performance reporting is a must.
Understanding of end-to-end client reporting ecosystem in OCIO business is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Wealth management ecosystem.
Previous supervisory experience.
Demonstrated leadership, transition and project management skills.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Good organizational skills with the ability to shift seamlessly between multiple projects.
Full Time bachelors degree in accounting/finance. MBA or CFA charterholders are preferred.
