The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical and research skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in Business Analytics or Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) from a prestigious institute such as IIT, NIT, or IIM. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth research and analysis in AI/ML applications for business and industry-specific solutions. Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and apply AI/ML techniques for solutions. Assist in designing AI-driven business strategies and process improvements. Evaluate and implement AI models and ML algorithms to enhance operational efficiency. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations based on data-driven insights. Stay updated with the latest AI, ML, and data analytics trends and suggest innovative solutions. Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analytics, AI, ML, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field from IIT, NIT, or IIM. Minimum 1 year of industry experience in business analytics, AI research, or data analytics. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and applications in business. Excellent research skills with the ability to identify, Analyze, and interpret trends or patterns . Proficiency in data visualization tools. Experience with Data Modeling, statistical analysis, or machine learning frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Passion for AI-driven business transformation and innovation.
