We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to manage key HR generalist functions, including performance appraisal, training & development, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes and be able to implement initiatives that enhance employee performance and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Performance Management & Appraisals Oversee the universitys performance management system, ensuring timely and objective evaluations. Implement best practices for continuous feedback and goal-setting frameworks. Conduct performance coaching sessions and support leadership in capability building. Training & Development Design and implement training & development programs for faculty and administrative staff. Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and create skill-building initiatives. Collaborate with academic leadership to introduce faculty development programs. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative work environment. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs to create an inclusive workplace. Conduct periodic surveys and implement action plans based on employee feedback. HR Systems & Tools Utilize and manage HRMS software for employee data management, attendance/leave management, and reporting. Leverage digital tools for tracking learning & development (L&D) and performance metrics. Employee Well-being & EHS Develop and implement wellness programs focused on mental health, work-life balance, and stress management. Ensure compliance with Employee Health & Safety (EHS) standards, including workplace safety policies. Exit & Retention Strategy Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to improve retention. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce attrition. Work closely with leadership to address faculty and staff concerns proactively. Qualifications & Skills: MBA/PGDM in HR or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist functions, preferably in an educational or service-oriented sector. Strong knowledge of performance management systems and training methodologies. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a university setting. Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance.
