Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment ( Mandatory)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various job openings.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the onboarding process.
2. HR Operations:
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and attendance management.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and handle employee queries regarding HR-related matters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter and/or HR Operations Executive.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of HR processes, recruitment strategies, and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment and operations.
