Calling customers and convincing them who have raised mis-sale complaint
Maintaining calling data and follow up updates in system
Publishing dashboard to internal team
Skills Required : Good communication skill , Should be proficient in English and Hindi , should be a fast learner as he/she needs to have good understanding of products and process to answer customer query/concern.
