About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Tech Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent across various domains such as software development, .Net, AI hiring, UIUX, Product Management, and more. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across levels (junior to senior).
• Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to align on job requirements and hiring strategies.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and performance.
• Represent the company at job fairs, tech events, and networking meetups.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies like .Net, Full stack, UI-UX and different terminology.
• Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
