Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Specialty Cook at our sirsa location. The Specialty Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, we are cook North Indian curry dish and tandoori snacks.ensuring that all food is cooked to the highest standards. Daily tasks will include menu planning, food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adhering to food safety regulations. The Specialty Cook will also collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely meal service. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes Experience in menu planning and food preparation Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain kitchen cleanliness Excellent teamwork and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Culinary certification or relevant culinary training is a plus Previous experience in a similar role is preferred,
