Job Description
Department: Human Resources Location: APAC-India-IT Delivery Center Hyderabad Description The Talent Acquisition Coordinator contributes to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the talent acquisition process The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the candidate interview, hiring, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our future Align employees Job Location Hyderabad Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and contribute to team projects Collaborate with TA Partners for an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience Maintain accurate, update and compliant information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Route and monitor req and offer approval process and create offer letters Schedule, monitor and communicate pre-employment background checks Close out job requisitions after positions are filled Submit purchase requisitions for recruiting related costs Other duties may be assigned Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Excellent administrative, organizational, scheduling and people skills Strong communication with business leaders to go along with analytical skills and a keen eye for small details Organized, proactive, and multi-tasking approach to daily responsibilities Strong computer skills in MS Office, specifically MS Excel and PPT Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems (Workday and iCIMS a plus) Flexibility to changing tasks, priorities, and work schedules is required EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience 2-4 years' experience in an administrative support capacity (staffing/recruiting preferred) Preference given to those with previous Talent Coordinator experience, but not required Applicant Privacy Policies Review our Applicant Privacy Policies for additional information Global Diversity Statement At Align, we believe in the power of a smile, and we know that every smile is as unique as our employees As we grow, we are committed to building a workforce rich in diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences, fostering a culture of open-mindedness and compassion We live our company values by promoting healthy people and healthy communities, all with the intent of changing millions of lives, one unique smile at a time Equal Opportunity Statement Align Technology is an equal opportunity employer We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities in all our practices, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, marital status, protected veteran status, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other legally protected category Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country for which they are applying, and employment eligibility will be verified as a condition of hireJob Classification
