Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile:

Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities
Mandatory:
Minimum 9+ years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing
8+ years of progressive experience in Physician billing and AR
Must have 5 years experience in Managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of medical billing, payer guidelines, denial management and revenue cycle KPIs
Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment
Strong data analysis, project management and presentation skills
Proficiency with revenue cycle systems and AR analytics tools. Preferred experience in Trizetto, Waystar, Jopari & NextGen.

Immediate joiners will be preferred
Flexible with shift timings
