Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities
• Mandatory:
• Minimum 9+ years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Physician billing and AR
• Must have 5 years experience in Managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of medical billing, payer guidelines, denial management and revenue cycle KPIs
• Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment
• Strong data analysis, project management and presentation skills
• Proficiency with revenue cycle systems and AR analytics tools. Preferred experience in Trizetto, Waystar, Jopari & NextGen.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred
• Flexible with shift timings
