Job Description

Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle including source, screen and qualify candidates, as well as coordinate interviews and negotiate offers with the candidates

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and lead employer branding initiatives

Build effective sourcing channels by leveraging job boards, social media, and hiring vendors

Minimum Requirements

BA, MA, MS, or MBA degree in Human Resources or a related field

4+ years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment in an executive search firm, recruitment agency, or in-house corporate talent team
