Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function. This role is responsible for designing and executing a robust talent acquisition strategy, managing end-to-end hiring processes, leading the TA team, and building a strong employer brand. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and a results-driven approach to acquiring top talent.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Strategic Talent Planning
Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with business leaders and HRBPs to forecast talent needs and build workforce plans.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in recruitment initiatives.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance and productivity. End-to-End Recruitment Oversight
Oversee full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across departments.
Ensure efficient sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding processes.
Own critical and leadership hires directly when required. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders (hiring managers, department heads).
Manage external recruitment partners, staffing agencies, and job boards.
Process Optimization & Reporting
Improve recruitment workflows, SLAs, and candidate experience.
Track, analyze, and present recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio).
Leverage ATS/HRMS tools for effective recruitment operations. Employer Branding & Talent Marketing
Drive employer branding initiatives on digital platforms and campuses.
Organize hiring events, job fairs, and campus recruitment drives.

Requirements:
Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 4-5 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in managing large-scale hiring across domains (IT/NonIT/Tech).
Expertise in using recruitment tools and platforms (eg, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ceipal, Naukri, ATS).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Exposure to global hiring or startup environments is a plus.

Preferred Certifications (Optional):
SHRM-CP/PHR or similar HR certifications.
