Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities to achieve targets for home loans, mortgage loans, and housing loan products.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through field sales efforts and convert them into profitable deals.
  
• Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and performance metrics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in banking or financial services industry, preferably in sales management role.
  
• Strong understanding of home loans, mortgage loans, and housing loan products.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
