Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Customer Service Representative located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Call Center Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The representative will also be expected to maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolutions. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills Experience in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with customer service software and tools High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage,
