Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Leadership Team
Location: Bangalore
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our Leadership Team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations for senior executives, managing a wide variety of administrative tasks, and assisting in high-level decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, maintain a high degree of confidentiality, and possess the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Leadership Team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the Leadership Team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence for executive meetings and board presentations.
  • Manage and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the leadership team.
  • Assist with project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and team members are aligned with project goals.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects, as requested by the Leadership Team.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and off-site meetings.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to support the leadership team s productivity.
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring budgets and expenses related to executive activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in managing complex calendars and travel arrangements for C-suite executives.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of business operations and strategic planning.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environm
