Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience in technical hiring across IT domains. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing top tech talent through advanced Boolean search techniques, job portals, and networking. Youll play a key role in identifying and engaging high-caliber candidates for critical technical positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles (Developers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.).
  • Source and screen candidates using Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure timely reporting and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency/consultancy).
  • Proficiency in Boolean search and other sourcing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, skills, and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.).
  • Experience using ATS systems and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and deliver quality candidates within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in contract-to-hire (C2H) and permanent staffing.
  • Exposure to international hiring (US/UK/EU) is a plus.
  • Certification in sourcing/recruitment (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, AIRS) is an advantage.
